This 5-day retreat is a space to meet your inner child and uncover all patterns that hold us back in life
We’ll use breathwork, conscious play, Reichian body types, Carl Jung’s archetypes, and KoanZen to understand the patterns we carry from childhood. There will also be space to express, connect, and celebrate together, supported by a warm and caring Sangha.
Each day includes morning exercise, sharing circles, free time to reflect. In the evenings, we gather for Open Mic night, Utsav Kirtan, mini fair, and more!
This retreat is for anyone who wants to encounter their inner child, be free from the unconscious patterns that hold us back in life, and rediscover the innocence of the unborn.
